What you’ll be doing (and why it matters)

You’ll be responsible for moving finished goods safely and efficiently across the production and stores areas.

You’ll operate FLT equipment daily, carrying out checks and ensuring materials are handled without damage.

You’ll weigh, record and update stock accurately using internal systems — meaning attention to detail genuinely matters here.

You’ll support decanting and relabelling requirements to meet customer needs and help maintain high presentation standards.

You’ll also support plant efficiency by reporting defects, communicating at shift handovers and working closely with the team leader.

This is hands-on work with responsibility. Not just driving — but owning your area.

What you’ll need

• Valid (in date) FLT licence - counterbalance (essential)

• Manufacturing experience

• Strong awareness of Health & Safety

• Good numerical ability

• A high standard of care and attention to detail
